Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
• Build systems to handle payments and streamline onboarding, focusing on automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Leverage technology to map client and employee journeys, ensuring seamless experiences.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, influencing teams to work together toward shared goals.
• Centralize servicing within COS, demonstrating executive presence and leadership.
• Coordinate plans that translate strategy into actionable steps, bringing new operating models to life.
• Identify pain points and use automation to solve them, improving processes and outcomes.
• Lead projects that address specific challenges, uniting teams to enhance the client experience.
• Communicate complex stories simply, making solutions clear and actionable for senior leadership.
