Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Digital and Design Client Onboarding space to enable stable, scalable delivery of features. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and drive value delivery.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager, support change management, raise blockers, and create executive reporting while contributing to production validation testing and release management initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• Demonstrated performance in Technical Project Management and SDLC best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
• Build executive reporting to promote visibility and transparency with senior leaders
• Plan and Execute Production Validation Testing activities related to Client Onboarding features being rolled out
• Support and Drive Release Management activities

• Demonstrated performance in Technical Project Management and SDLC best practices

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle and software development life cycle
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence software
