Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager for our Intelligent Payments team in New York. You will shape product roadmaps by leveraging user insights, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration across one of the world's leading financial institutions.

You will drive data-driven decision making, work with frontier AI models, and translate business needs into implementable product requirements, owning outcomes from ideation to delivery.

• Hands‑on experience with product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition
• Proficient knowledge of data analytics and strong data literacy
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills that drive team success and stakeholder engagement
• A track record of delivering high-quality results while working independently and taking full ownership of projects

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Prior experience working within a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• A proven track record in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities
