Job summary

Sonepar USA Inc is seeking a Senior Product File Specialist to ensure accurate product master data across ERP and supplier feeds. You will mentor colleagues, govern data standards, and partner with Purchasing, Pricing, and Digital teams to support sales and ecommerce initiatives.

The role is virtual, with work hours aligned to Eastern Time and travel up to 20%. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in product data or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wholesale electrical distribution, industrial distribution, supply chain operations, product data management, master data governance, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, Product Information Management (PIM) platforms, and/or B2B/B2C ecommerce environments.
• Ability to analyze, maintain, and improve large-scale product data sets with high accuracy.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions to support operational and customer-facing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and consistency of product master data across ERP platforms and related systems.
• Analyze and optimize product records, attributes, pricing, supplier info, and classifications.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Pricing to support sales growth and procurement effectiveness.
• Conduct data quality audits and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Support product lifecycle activities including new product introductions and supplier changes.
