An established industry player is seeking a legal expert to join their dynamic team focused on privacy and AI regulations. In this pivotal role, you will provide guidance on compliance with global privacy laws, develop AI governance frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure responsible AI deployment. This innovative firm values trust, craftsmanship, and collaboration, offering a supportive environment for professional growth. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the tech industry and thrive in fast-paced settings, this opportunity is perfect for you.
At Sierra, we’re building a platform to enable every company in the world to build their own autonomous AI agents for everything from customer service to commerce. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta and London.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
As one of our early legal hires, you’ll have the opportunity to join a small but high-impact legal team at a critical growth stage. We are looking for someone who has deep expertise in privacy, AI regulation and product counseling, but also someone who is eager to broaden their scope across other areas of the business, as we are a small team pitching in where needed. You will thrive in dynamic environments, embrace challenges beyond your comfort zone, and enjoy making an impact across the business. In return, we’ll support your growth and success as a lawyer. Our legal team is highly respected within Sierra, committed to excellence, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
