FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Costing Analyst to partner with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to support new product introductions, product costing, manufacturing performance, and profitability improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical acumen with deep understanding of manufacturing operations to drive cost improvements across the organization, with semiconductor experience strongly preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 12+ years related experience, or 8+ years with Master’s, or PhD with 5+ years, or equivalent.
• Experience in product costing and manufacturing finance within a semiconductor or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve product cost models and standard costing methodologies.
• Lead standard cost development, updates, reviews, and variance analysis.
• Analyze material, labor, overhead, and manufacturing costs to improve cost accuracy and profitability.
• Evaluate product-level profitability and provide insights on margin, cost drivers, and risks.
• Support pricing, product portfolio, and profitability decisions with financial analysis.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to evaluate new product opportunities.
