Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of finance, accounting, FP&A, data analysis, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivots, lookups and basic analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and other MS Office apps.
• Exposure to ERP systems, financial reporting tools or Power BI preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning.
• Support consolidation, validation, and review of financial data for management reporting.
• Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheet reviews, cash flow reporting, and variance analyses.
• Maintain and update FP&A models, reporting tools, and spreadsheets.
• Support month-end close activities with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports; aid forecasting and budgets.
• Analyze actuals versus budgets/forecasts to identify key drivers of variances.
• Support S&OP reporting and performance metric tracking.
• Assist with capex reviews, PO reviews, and project spending analyses.
• Support profitability and pricing analyses and resource planning with senior staff.
• Gather data from multiple sources for business reviews and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
