What will you be doing in this role?

• Lead multiple complex pre‑sales and solution consulting projects, overseeing product consulting activities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Define and implement consulting strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in product consulting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of product solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence the direction of the product consulting function.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements and feedback.
• Represent the product consulting function in strategic customer discussions and negotiations, advocating for customer needs and organizational capabilities.
• Mentor and guide consultants in project execution and customer interactions.
• Support and co‑lead consultative engagements.
• Identify, develop, and share best practices, case studies, and process improvements across the global team.
• Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross‑functional partners.
• Provide pro‑actively advice and support to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross‑functional partners.
• Competitive intelligence - understand and be able to defend our solutions and capabilities against competitive offerings.
• Lead the contribution to request for information and proposal (RFI/RPF) responses from a functional perspective and stimulate collaboration with all stakeholders. Co‑own the executive summary of the RFx.
• Lead and organize customer trials and proof of concepts and similar engagements.
• Configure and setup bespoke requirements of customers in a demo environment.
• Develop thought leadership materials and participate as an SME in marketing campaigns required to generate leads and build the top of funnel.

You will be joining a global team focused on IP Product Consulting at Clarivate. You will work alongside Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Support. Hours of Work

• Full time, permanent position
• This is a remote position in the United States, preferably in the EST time zone.

Compensation - US Only

The expected base salary for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
