Joie Children's Products, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead cross-functional projects ensuring regulatory compliance, product safety, and quality across our Morgantown operations.

You will drive planning, testing, documentation, labeling updates, and supplier coordination to maintain certification readiness. The role requires managing multiple regulatory programs, translating requirements into actionable tasks, and communicating risks and progress to leadership in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in product compliance within durable consumer goods, ideally juvenile products.
• Knowledge of JPMA, NHTSA FMVSS, and state regulatory requirements.
• Global supply chain familiarity and regulatory engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, milestones, and closeout.
• Develop plans for product introductions, changes, certifications, labeling, and documentation.
• Coordinate multi‑project delivery ensuring alignment with regulatory and business priorities.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions to support timely decisions.
• Oversee schedules, action items, and testing timelines with stakeholders.
