Job summary

Lyons Magnus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end product commercialization, from inception to delivery, for core and custom items. This role will coordinate across multiple facilities, support the sales team on major accounts, and drive timely updates to customers and leadership.

The position is based in Walton, Kentucky with a hybrid work option, offering a strong compensation package and bonus potential. Occasional travel to Lyons plants and customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and alignment across cross-functional departments for product development and commercialization.
• Serve as project and commercial lead for key customers (customer interface).
• Conduct new-item project review presentations and announcements.
• Provide weekly/monthly customer inventory and contract updates.
• Authorize raw-material purchases for finished goods and manage annual fruit/raw-material purchases.
• Coordinate with R&D to keep projects on track.
