Job summary

North is seeking a Senior Product Builder to define, design, and prototype features for its payment platforms across iOS, Android, and hardware ecosystems. This hands-on role emphasizes rapid validation, precise specs, and fast prototyping in sandbox environments, helping North stay competitive in the evolving payments landscape.

You’ll create end-to-end prototypes, author evals, and work closely with merchants, sales partners, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in product management, product engineering, or similar roles.
• 1–2 years with AI tools.
• Proven experience with Agile software development teams.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and modern PM software.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and build end-to-end proof-of-concept features for desktop, iOS, Android, and hardware terminals.
• Create detailed technical specifications, wireframes, and schemas for rapid engineering execution.
• Author product evaluation criteria before feature creation to validate solutions.
