Job summary

SanMar in Issaquah, WA seeks a Lead Sr Designer, Product Brand & Vision to own product direction across private label and licensed brands. You will craft seasonal narratives, ensure brand clarity, and align design with business goals.

You will collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams to define direction across apparel, bags, and headwear, mentoring junior designers and strengthening market differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design-related field.
• 5+ years progressive design experience across apparel/accessories/bags etc.
• Strong link between brand strategy, consumer insight and product design.
• Portfolio shows concept-led design and brand-right execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product direction from inspiration to execution.
• Create design concepts, seasonal presentations, and storytelling tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align direction and execution.
• Own and drive product-brand clarity across assigned brands.
• Translate creative vision into cohesive seasonal product direction.
• Lead development of brand narratives and seasonal frameworks.
