Qualifications

• BS or MS in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years (BS) or 6+ years (MS) of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on protein characterization, purification, and conjugation.
• Experience with multiple protein analytical techniques (SDS-PAGE, Western blot, CE-SDS, SEC, UV-Vis, IEF/cIEF).

Responsibilities

• Characterize identity, purity, stability, aggregation, and binding properties.
• Prepare, purify, and conjugate critical protein reagents for assays.
• Perform protein analytical tests (SDS-PAGE, Western blot, CE-SDS, SEC, UV-Vis, ELISA).
• Conduct stability studies and freeze/thaw analyses.
• Develop new analytical approaches and improve characterization strategies.
• Document procedures and results in ELN; present findings.
