Job summary

You will rely on user research, journey mapping and market analysis to inform the roadmap, write epics and user stories, and drive features from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience in product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Ability to translate business and technical language between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Functional understanding of SQL.
• Martech expertise with strategy experience in audience and experience building.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plans upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the product experience.
• Supports user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics across the development life cycle.
• Writes requirements, epics and user stories for product development.
• Supports personalization strategy and omni-channel experiences for Consumer Bank.
• Translates complex business strategies into actionable technical requirements and audience specifications.
• Maximizes current tech stack capabilities and defines future state requirements.
• Supports governance models and workflows to streamline journey delivery.
• Collaborates with data science and analytics teams to embed modeling into delivery.
