JPMorganChase is seeking an Applied AI ML Sr Associate within the Product & Transformation team to develop cutting-edge analytics products for Chase Finance & Business Management. You will work with colleagues to deliver advanced AI and ML solutions and communicate insights to leadership.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and building scalable analytics models that impact business strategy. NYC-based, with full-time expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Advanced degree in Data Science, CS, OR, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent quantitative field.
• Experience in developing AI, optimization, and/or statistical models to solve real-world problems (e.g. Classification, Regression, Recommender Systems, NLP, or Language Modeling).
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g. Python).
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with ability to think outside the box.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills to present analytical findings and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics to solve complex business problems.
• Generate deep insights from data and business processes to inform actions.
• Contribute to the full modeling lifecycle and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Develop presentations to summarize key messages for senior management and sponsors.
