Job summary

Babylist seeks a senior analytics contributor to own end-to-end analytics for Wishlists and Celebrations within the Core Registry product area. You will define KPI trees, build robust instrumentation, and partner with engineering to ensure reliable clickstream data across registrants, hosts, gift givers, and partners.

You will lead experiments, tie user behavior to business outcomes, and develop AI-assisted analysis workflows to elevate the Data org.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant product analytics experience.
• Mastery-level SQL applied to large-scale data.
• Expert in event instrumentation and clickstream data, with reliable metrics from the ground up.
• Domain expert in experimentation, with statistical testing and A/B analysis experience.
• Ability to connect surface-level user behavior to business outcomes and LTV.
• Proficient with AI tools in analytical workflow and code generation.
• Experience with modern experimentation platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for Wishlists and Celebrations and related journeys.
• Define KPI trees and measurement frameworks with cross-functional partners.
• Lead instrumentation and audit tracking, ensuring clickstream data reliability.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments to drive engagement and retention.
• Map multi-sided user models for clear business intuition.
• Quantify how surfaces extend Babylist relationships and long-term value.
• Build and evolve dashboards, reporting, and AI artifacts for visibility.
• Utilize AI to accelerate delivery and improve analysis quality.
• Influence product strategy through data and senior IC leadership.
• Contribute to analytics culture and AI-driven initiatives.
