Job summary

Clearwave is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Product to be the analytical backbone for initiatives around Eligibility, AI, Revenue Analysis, and Client Outcomes. You will turn scattered exports into reliable metrics, dashboards, and analyses to guide prioritization and prove value across Scheduling, Registration, Intake, and Payments.

You will work with Snowflake, AWS Glue, Kafka, and legacy SQL Server, building cross-team visibility with Tableau and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analyst, business analyst, or product analyst role in SaaS.
• Strong data structures, indexing, querying, and data retrieval concepts.
• Experience with Big Data tools and languages (Golang, Python, Spark).
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases or a data warehouse.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Able to turn a loosely defined business question into a structured analysis for non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce reporting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance eligibility and coverage data across scheduling, pre-registration, and visit stages to track active coverage rate and eligibility clearance.
• Monitor accuracy and performance of AI-driven eligibility checks and surface trends by payer, location, and client.
• Define and track success metrics with product managers and report outcomes (ROI, time saved, denial reduction).
• Support revenue modeling, including attach-rate assumptions, unit economics, and renewal risk analysis.
• Pull and validate Salesforce data feeding the opportunity model and flag data-mapping issues.
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting to let PMs track P&L, feature usage, and client adoption.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clean data pulls and visuals for leadership.
• Maintain data quality and documentation for metrics and definitions.
