Upside is seeking a seasoned Product Analytics professional to drive data-informed decisions for our consumer app. You will partner with product, engineering, and design to analyze KPIs, plan experiments, and shape growth strategies.

The role emphasizes robust instrumentation, experimentation, and clear storytelling to accelerate Upside's product impact. The team values curiosity and pragmatism as we leverage AI tools to automate workflows while keeping expert judgment central to decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or experimentation within a cross-functional product team.
• Strong ability to influence roadmaps and make data-driven decisions with business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python to organize and analyze large datasets; familiarity with Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Support the Consumer Product team with KPI reporting, OKR setting, and product review prep.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across Upside app with test plans and power calculations.
• Shape the product roadmap via exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing.
