Upside, a data-driven commerce platform, is seeking a Product Analytics professional to advance analytics, experimentation, and growth initiatives. Join a collaborative team embedded with product, engineering, and design to drive measurable impact.

You will build dashboards, run experiments, and inform strategy through robust data storytelling and rigorous analysis, enabling Upside to scale its product analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or experimentation with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders to influence roadmaps using data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python to analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Consumer Product team with KPI reporting, OKRs, and product reviews.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests with clear test plans and power calculations.
• Shape the product roadmap through exploratory analysis and hypothesis generation.
