Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking an experienced analytics professional to partner with Product Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain in Dallas. You will build and maintain standard reporting, business models, forecasts, and dashboards to drive product and business decisions.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, develop predictive models, and ensure data integrity across systems, collaborating with IT and business teams across time zones as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, or related roles in a technical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product, market, revenue, bookings, and margin models for Product Management and leadership.
• Analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create standard and ad hoc analyses to support strategy, planning, and pricing decisions.
• Lead dashboards and reporting structures to provide consistent visibility to key metrics.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Sales Operations, and business teams to improve data quality and reporting automation.
• Develop predictive models and scenario planning tools for demand, revenue, and capacity.
• Communicate results and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
