BOLD is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to partner with product, marketing, and finance teams. You will deliver high-quality analyses to inform product strategy and drive business impact through data-driven insights.

You will build models, dashboards, and analytics tools, while owning end-to-end analysis from data extraction to communicating actionable recommendations to executives. This remote role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative data analysis experience, preferably in internet/tech.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries to drive critical decisions.
• Strong understanding of statistics and ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Math, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative field, with academic excellence.
• Proven track record of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and delivering business impact.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Python/R.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar front-end analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover opportunities for improving products.
• Build advanced models and analytics tools to boost product insights and recommendations.
• Proactively generate data-driven insights and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Analyze A/B tests to improve user conversion and engagement.
• Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve data infrastructure and governance.
