Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with substantial experience in statistics, optimization, or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a closely related role.
• Experience building dashboards and analyses to explain what happened and why.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product planning, design, execution, review, and continuous feature improvement.
• Run exploratory analyses to identify opportunities and generate hypotheses.
• Implement and analyze A/B or multi-variate tests to measure impact of product decisions.
• Collaborate with partners to translate business problems into technical analyses and deliver insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analyses to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify data sources and build tools to improve analysis throughput; collaborate with Data Warehouse.
• Work with product management to understand user engagement and derive insights from data.
• Full-time telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.
