Job summary

Plymouth Rock Company seeks a Lead Product Analyst to shape pricing, product strategy and competitive position across P&C lines. You will analyze complex issues, deliver actionable recommendations, and partner with underwriting, marketing, finance and tech to drive profitable growth.

You will evaluate performance, test solutions, and translate data-driven insights into strategy. This role requires strong analytics, business judgment, and the ability to influence leadership with clear, actionable

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management, underwriting, claims, or analytical role.
• 2+ years of experience with relational database tools and concepts.
• Proficiency with data extraction, manipulation, analysis/presentation and programming query tools such as SQL, Python, etc.
• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; CPCU or other designation desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to P&C product performance management for profitable growth.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to inform pricing, underwriting, and product strategies.
• Identify trends, form hypotheses, and recommend solutions to business challenges.
• Manage projects of moderate-high complexity using data systems and analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product strategies with business needs.
• Monitor competitor actions, regulatory developments, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
