Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Sr Product Analyst to support lifecycle management from ideation through retirement, using data to understand user behavior and identify product opportunities. This onsite role is in Springfield, MO with no option for remote work.

The position involves researching product performance, analyzing large datasets, and communicating findings to stakeholders to drive product improvements and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level.
• Experience: Experienced practitioner able to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (3 to 6 years)
• Managerial Experience: Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including development and marketing.
• Define and deliver products that meet customer needs within established systems.
• Research data from product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover user needs, pain points, and market trends.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead demonstrations to showcase valuable product features to customers.
• Participate in assessment and development planning activities and pursue relevant accreditation.
