O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an IT Risk Analyst to safeguard our digital ecosystem and strengthen operational resilience. You will gather data, monitor technology and operational risks, evaluate controls, and support cross-functional remediation with IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.

This Springfield, MO-based role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to surface insights and ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational policies.

Qualificações

• Associate degree, technical training, or relevant industry certification.
• 7-12 months of hands-on IT, risk, or compliance experience.
• 4-6 months coordinating tasks or leading the work of others.
• Working knowledge of IT laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Ability to assimilate data from multiple sources and draw actionable conclusions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor operational and technology risk parameters within established frameworks and escalate deviations.
• Assist in evaluating IT controls to mitigate risks.
• Support risk treatment planning and track remediation across departments.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement risk strategies.
• Collate, interpret, and analyze risk and compliance data to support leadership decisions.
• Conduct regular compliance monitoring and identify procedural gaps and guidance needs.
• Address inquiries regarding risk policies, governance standards, and processes.
