Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Lead Generation Team. You will own analytics across Funnels, Websites, Forms, and other LeadGen products, framing questions, validating data, and delivering clear recommendations.

You will work with PMs, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to improve activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will lead customer research, design experiments, and translate findings into actionable product decisions that drive growth for

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in product analytics or related role.
• Strong SQL skills for complex joins and window functions.
• Ability to own analytical projects end to end.
• Experience leading customer research and competitive analysis.
• Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Tableau, Power BI.
• Understanding of product metrics: activation, adoption, engagement, retention, monetization.
• Hands-on with funnel, cohort, segmentation, retention analyses.
• Design or analyze A/B tests and product experiments.
• Knowledge of event-based analytics and tracking plans.
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency and clear data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product analyses across LeadGen products, turning questions into actionable recommendations.
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for product areas.
• Build and maintain dashboards for product health and outcomes.
• Lead funnel and journey analyses to identify friction points.
• Conduct cohort, segmentation, and retention analyses across customer lifecycles.
• Partner with PMs to size opportunities, validate hypotheses, and set priorities.
• Define measurement plans before launches and evaluate outcomes after release.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define events and instrumentation.
• Identify data quality issues and improve reliability of analytics.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to inform decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to shared analytical practices.
