Job summary

Homeaglow is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Product team and deliver insights shaping the customer and cleaner experience. You will independently run analyses, design experiments, and communicate findings to stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations.

You'll work with product managers to run rigorous analyses, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and improve the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a product, growth, or marketplace analytics role at a technology company.
• Proficient SQL skills and ability to work independently with data.
• Strong understanding of experimentation and measurement.
• Ability to balance analytical rigor with practical business recommendations.
• Clear, effective communication skills.
• A collaborative and curious mindset—learn the business, not just the numbers.
• Prior experience in consulting or a similarly business-focused role is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive on metrics and storytelling to explain what happened.
• Set up and analyze A/B tests with baselines and runtimes.
• Pull data from complex datasets using SQL and ensure reproducibility.
• Build dashboards and charts to communicate key findings clearly.
• Extract actionable insights to guide product, marketplace, and business decisions.
• Communicate results in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
