Job summary

Scentbird Inc is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to translate business goals into data requests, reports and dashboards. You will drive data-informed decisions by partnering with Product and cross-functional teams, producing actionable insights and scalable analytics tools.

You will own advanced experimentation, ML-informed product problems, and data pipelines, leveraging SQL, Python and BI tools to measure impact on metrics like conversions, active subscriptions, and CLV.

Qualifications

• 3 years of data analytics work experience.
• Experience delivering analytical solutions for product tasks (user pattern research, experiments, feature analysis).
• Understanding of business value beyond numbers.

Responsibilities

• Rolling out a data-as-a-service approach for the Product team.
• Define metrics, plan report structures, automate reporting in Looker.
• Measure impact of features and growth experiments on key metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and translate into actionable items.
• Build and maintain analytical tools and services, including LLM-powered automation.
