Job summary

Constellation, a leading energy company in the United States, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to advance the Generation Digital Program by partnering with business and technology stakeholders. You will evaluate, implement, and optimize digital products supporting nuclear generation operations, translating strategic objectives into scalable capabilities.

In this role you will lead requirements analysis, product enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; 5–8 years in product development/management or 9–12 years in relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work with remote team members and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of business practices in Digital Projects/Programs; strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product team members to define and achieve goals based on business needs and expected outcomes.
• Deliver application and infrastructure solutions by planning work, analyzing requirements, designing and building software, and maintaining existing products.
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business partners and stakeholders; manage scope and expectations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to the platform for improved customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain technical capabilities within the supporting discipline and review estimates to align time, cost and design with business needs.
• Participate in strategic product planning to assess risk, cost-benefit, and impact; apply industry trends to inform strategy.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements through analysis of needs, performance, and emerging tech.
