Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to advance the Generation Digital Program.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize digital products that support nuclear generation operations. The role requires deep business process knowledge, product analysis expertise, and data-driven decision making to translate strategic objectives into scalable digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in product development, product management, or business analysis; or 9–12 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communications skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work with remote team members and/or stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of digital project/program practices and Agile.
