Job summary

First American seeks a Senior Product Analyst – Data & Integration to bridge Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Enterprise Data teams. You will ensure customer and engagement data are connected, governed, and activated across Salesforce and custom platforms.

You’ll translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements, define data mappings, and drive scalable integration patterns to enable AI-driven experiences and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading business analysis, product analysis, or solution analysis within Salesforce or enterprise CRM ecosystems.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data360.
• Experience with customer data platforms such as Segment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer data, data integration, APIs, and modern integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Data Operations, Engineering, and Enterprise Data teams to define business capabilities supported by Salesforce, Data360, Marketing Cloud, and custom platforms.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify data requirements for sales, marketing, servicing, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Translate business objectives into scalable requirements, user stories, and data mappings to support implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Enterprise Data teams to design scalable integration patterns to improve interoperability.
• Define business rules for customer data assets across Salesforce and connected platforms.
• Serve as liaison to ensure enterprise data supports current capabilities and future AI-driven experiences.
• Support AI-enabled solutions by ensuring data is connected, accessible, and usable for automation and insights.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Data Operations, Engineering, and Enterprise Data teams to define business capabilities supported by Salesforce, Data360, Marketing Cloud, and custom platforms.

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders toidentifycustomer, engagement, operational, and behavioral data requirements that support sales, marketing, servicing, analytics, and AIcapabilities.

• Partner with business stakeholders to define the business logic, data requirements, and integration patterns that govern how customer and engagement data is captured, transformed, activated, and shared across enterprise platforms.

• Translate businessobjectivesinto scalable business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and data mapping documentation that support technical implementation.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Enterprise Data teams to design scalable, reusable integration patterns that improve platform interoperability, reduce duplicate development, and accelerate delivery.

• Define business rules supporting customer& engagementdata assets across Salesforce and connected platforms.

• Serve as the liaison betweenSales, Marketing, Data Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure enterprise customer data supports current business capabilities and future AI-driven experiences.

• Support AI-enabled solutions by ensuring customer profile, engagement, and operational data are connected, accessible, andoptimizedfor intelligent automation, predictive insights, and agentic experiences.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure product roadmaps incorporate enterprise data and integration capabilities whilemaintainingalignment across Salesforce, marketing technologies, and custom business applications.

• Continuously evaluate business processes andidentifyopportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, reusable integration patterns, and modern platform capabilities.

• Create andmaintainbusiness documentation, including process maps, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration specifications.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, ora relateddiscipline, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience leading business analysis, product analysis, or solution analysis within Salesforce or enterprise CRM ecosystems.

• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data360.

• Experience with customer data platforms such as Segment.

• Strong understanding of enterprise customer data, data integration, identity resolution, APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern integration patterns.

• Expertisein requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder facilitation, process modeling, and user story development.

• Strong understanding of customer data governance, data quality, and business data stewardship.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives, intelligent automation, or customer data activation strategies is preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Salesforce Administrator Certification.

• Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) Consultant Certification.

• SalesforceAgentforceCertification.

• Experience with MuleSoft or enterprise integration platforms.

Pay Range: $112,400.00 - $149,800.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
