Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to partner with product managers, UX, finance, and analytics to shape opportunities and measure outcomes across cellular therapy, software, and platform products.

You will translate ambiguity into clear options, evaluate customer needs and market signals, and develop evidence-based recommendations that improve customer experience and financial performance. Role emphasizes strong product thinking and strategic analysis.

Qualifications

Knowledge of product analytics, performance measurement, and product-level metrics.
Market analysis, competitive assessment, product positioning, and investment evaluation.
Proficiency in product discovery, customer research, journey mapping, and backlog framing.
Experience with agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with modern analytics, visualization, and AI-assisted tooling.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product, UX, Operations, Technology, Finance and Analytics to clarify objectives and opportunities.
Analyze feedback, journey data, and market signals to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Translate questions into structured hypotheses and measurement plans.
Support finance, pricing, and business-case inputs for product opportunities.
Develop artifacts to support discovery, design, and backlog readiness.
Track adoption, revenue performance, and product health after launch.
