You will validate dashboards, design experiments, and ensure reliable reporting with MS SQL, Python, and Excel, while advocating rigorous pre-test checks. This role embraces a remote-first culture and close collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with real-world applications.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with locked definitions for key metrics.

• This position sits at the heart of product decision-making, using data to uncover opportunities and drive measurable growth.
• You will take ownership of the product metrics framework and ensure teams have clear, reliable definitions for the numbers that matter most.
• You will work closely with Product and functional leaders in a highly collaborative, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously evolve the product metrics tree, ensuring consistent and locked definitions for key metrics.
• Validate metrics and dashboards, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with Data Engineering for reliable reporting.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, including sample-size calculations, experiment duration, and pre-test validation.

Requirements:

• A higher education degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or another technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory, with proven application to real-world problems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
