Job Title: Senior Product Analyst – Policy & Contracts

Location: Remote

Pay rate: $50.91/hr on W2

Requirements: Policy drafting experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Innovate and collaborate with other teams to design and develop policy/contract language for new products
• Analyze information from various resources to develop contract recommendations for our new Small Commercial Business Owners Product
• Complete competitive research and analysis to inform contract recommendations
• Manage multiple Business Lines forms for this large project
• Drive revisions independently with a focus on quality and customer centricity
• Assess compliance for forms
• Collaborate with Product Strategy, Underwriting, Pricing, Legal, Claims, Technology teams to develop content design
• Communicate recommendations/changes to impacted stakeholders
• Work with the Product Filings team to obtain regulatory approval
• Identify process improvement initiatives proactively
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to meet business goals

Qualifications:

• Policy drafting experience is required.
• Experience interpreting and applying insurance policy contracts, including personal line, commercial, health, or accident lines
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills; effective team building skills
• At least 3-5 years in Claims, Underwriting, or Compliance within Insurance or Financial Services
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred)
• Juris Doctor degree or paralegal experience (beneficial)
• Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to storyboard and present business cases and solutions
