Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Product (Web) Analyst with a passion for experimentation, user behavior insights, and scalable analytics infrastructure to join Custom Ink’s Data & Analytics team. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable web insights, drive optimization strategies through testing, and enhance our digital performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically fluent, and energized by improving both how we measure success and how teams engage with data.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in digital or ecommerce analytics, influencing product or marketing decisions through web data.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, including hypothesis development and test interpretation.
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with BigQuery or Redshift preferred.
  • Familiarity with statistical languages like R or Python.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with automated reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with unstructured datasets and developing governance for trusted reporting.
  • Ability to interpret statistical significance and test results.
  • Skills in designing scalable testing processes and sharing insights.
  • Ability to enable data access and literacy across teams.
  • Proven collaboration with marketing, product, and UX teams.
  • Familiarity with testing platforms such as Optimizely.
Compensation & Perks

Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 plus performance bonus. Benefits include paid time off, health coverage, wellness services, parental leave, 401(k), life insurance, and professional development opportunities.
