Job summary

BluePond AI is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive market insights, product strategy, and client engagement for our GenAI-based SENSE Platform in the Commercial Insurance space. This role will shape features and strategy through close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will monitor market evolution, develop client-ready content, anchor demos, and support key client deliverables. A strong underwriting background and GenAI familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance underwriting is required.
• Good understanding of GenAI technology and vendor ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the commercial insurance underwriting and/or claims vendor market.
• Broad familiarity with P&C insurance processes.
• Background in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into product features.
• Product management exposure, such as working with roadmaps, user stories, and prioritization frameworks with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
