Job summary

Veriipro in New Jersey is seeking an experienced AI Product Engineer to lead end-to-end AI product development for underwriting and claims, bridging business and technology to deliver measurable value. You will partner with stakeholders, translate requirements into roadmaps and user stories, and guide Agile teams to deploy scalable AI solutions across enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product ownership or management, strong insurance domain knowledge, and hands-on AI/ML

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations, particularly Underwriting and Claims.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
