THE OPPORTUNITY

Position: Senior Producer

The Senior Producer is a creative production leader and critical thinker, elevating each project regardless of scale. They will help maintain and grow strong relationships with teams, clients, and the agency, producing work that is distinct, consistent, and crafted with style and excellence.

The ideal candidate will push production and technological limits across integrated platforms, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Senior Producer will lead project development and ensure timely, within-budget completion, requiring exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage agency, client, and vendor relationships.

This role involves liaising between the agency and suppliers, maintaining clear communication, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Senior Producer reports to the Head of Production and has 7-10 years of experience, with some background in luxury and automotive production.

In this role you will be ...

• Responsible for all aspects of project management, from scoping and budgeting to quality control and final delivery.
• Participate actively in elevating creative work and support team development.
• Stay informed of industry trends, techniques, and new technologies to enhance creative output.
• Build and maintain relationships within the industry, ensuring the agency's reputation for excellence.
• Manage multiple projects, leading workload independently and guiding team members.
• Select and negotiate with production partners based on project needs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and client guidelines.
• Proactively identify and address potential challenges during production.
• Support a diverse, inclusive production culture.
• Communicate proactively with creative, account, and business affairs teams regarding project milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as a client-facing team member, articulating production plans and costs clearly.
• Collaborate with Business Affairs to finalize estimates and wrap projects efficiently.

The salary range for this position is $75,000—$180,000 USD, depending on experience and other factors. We offer a competitive benefits package. We operate on a hybrid model, with teams in the office about four days a week, and are committed to inclusivity and equal opportunity.
