Scopely is seeking a Sr. Producer to join the development team on an unannounced project in the U.S. remotely or from the Culver City hub.

You will lead day-to-day development, build roadmaps, manage resources across teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality game features with a strong LiveOps orientation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and maintain strong communication to support a successful launch and ongoing live operations.

Scopely is looking for a Sr. Producer to join the development team on an unannounced project based in the U.S. remotely or from our Culver City hub.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and coordinate the day-to-day development of large game systems and features, ensuring their execution aligns with product goals
• Build and maintain development roadmaps and schedules
• Work with the Production team on scheduling and resource management across multiple teams
• Track deliverables to ensure high quality work is delivered on time
• Evaluate process and have an eye towards constant improvement
• Handle shifting needs and requirements
• Own the development of systems and features from idea to launch and beyond, with a strong focus on live operations to ensure ongoing success post-launch
• Build trust with your teams and ensure all voices are heard

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of production experience in game development teams
• Strong game production fundamentals and best practices
• Passion for playing and making games and deep knowledge of the game industry
• Highly developed soft skills that foster a positive mindset, promote collaborative problem-solving, and inspire inclusive teamwork
• Previous experience in managing cross functional game development teams from early development to launch is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities with confidence and clarity
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and high standards of work
• Experience working in a fast paced, high energy environment with a high amount of dependencies between teams
• Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks
• Knowledge and experience of JIRA and Kanban are preferred.
• Experience in LiveOps is a plus

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA Annual Salary Range$123,600—$187,000 USD
