Qualifications

• Must be 21+.
• 5+ years of experience as producer or production manager in a production company or agency.
• Experience across digital, social, broadcast, and event production.
• Experience managing complex, multi-format productions (photo, video, live events).
• Experience creating, managing, and reconciling production budgets.
• Vendor management: sourcing crews, negotiating rates, ensuring timelines.
• SAG and non-union talent guidelines knowledge.
• Ability to travel for shoots.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production for photo, video, motion graphics, and experiential projects in-studio, on-location, and remote.
• Lead pre-production planning: crew assembly, location logistics, talent casting, permits, and scheduling.
• Oversee post-production workflows, directing editors and designers to meet quality and deadlines.
• Review briefs with brand teams to select the most effective production approach for goals.
• Guide the creative team to ensure concepts are executably logistically and financially.
• Manage vendor bidding: sourcing, negotiating, and presenting bids for approvals.
• Navigate talent requirements and renewals in line with best practices.
• Maintain project documentation and keep stakeholders informed of progress and deadlines.
• Act as accountability bridge between creative and brand teams to align priorities.
