Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a seasoned Producer/Program Manager to drive executive reviews and coordinate cross-functional teams across the Services PD&M portfolio.

You will serve as a liaison between VP-level leadership, design, engineering, and business partners to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work. The role emphasizes meticulous project management, proactive risk mitigation, and strong communication to keep programs aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a producer or program manager with recent experience leading software design or similar organization.
• Ability to navigate the organization and work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Employ a proactive project management style – brings structure to a fast-paced creative environment, mitigates risks early, and prioritizes key issues.
• Ability to complete and reshuffle multiple tasks under pressure in an ambiguous environment.
• Adaptable and composed through change; able to re-prioritize fluidly.
• Experience working directly with and influencing senior leadership in a design or similar organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Executive Producer to conduct effective Product, Design, and Marketing reviews with leadership.
• Meeting set up, agenda confirmation, communication, and on-the-fly coordination with producer community.
• Build influence and strong cross-functional partnerships and foster collaboration across all levels and disciplines.
• Be a liaison between leadership and teams to ensure product and project needs are adequately met.
• Understand and negotiate priorities given limited resources and ambitious schedules.
• Constantly strive for improved workflow to solve challenges and avoid repeat issues.
