Trucco, Inc. is seeking an experienced floor supervisor to run daily production at a 3PL partner facility, ensuring packs meet our standards and customer specs.

You will be the on-site Trucco representative, training 3PL staff and monitoring fruit quality throughout production. The role requires 5+ years in production supervision within produce packing, strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP, and the ability to lead crews not directly managed.

Competenze

• 5+ years supervising production in a produce packing or repacking operation.
• Hands-on fruit quality control experience and a sharp eye for defects and condition.
• Experience packing to retail customer specs, including labeling and traceability requirements.
• Ability to lead and influence crews you don't directly manage, firmly and respectfully.
• Familiarity with food safety programs (GMP, HACCP or GFSI) and cold chain practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Nice to have kiwifruit experience.

Mansioni

• Plan daily pack schedule with the 3PL team and ensure on-time packing.
• Train 3PL staff on packing standards and ensure consistent application.
• Inspect fruit on arrival and during production for quality and temperature.
• Verify orders match customer specs for pack style, count, weight, labels.
• Coordinate with Account Manager, Logistics and QA on orders, ship times and holds.
• Enforce GMP and food safety; report daily on production, yields and quality with photos.
