Job summary

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Engagement Lead & Procurement Advisor for the MD/PA area in a full-time remote role with travel to other government or contractor facilities as required. The workday runs 8 hours within 6:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with core hours 9:00am–3:00pm.

The role provides CPO-level guidance across procurement transformation, governance design, and Future-State Roadmaps, coordinating with City stakeholders and internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Former CPO, Deputy CPO, or senior procurement executive experience.
• Expertise in procurement transformation, centralized operating model design, strategic sourcing, and governance structures.
• Experience with complex or decentralized organizations, preferably municipal/public sector.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive advisory skills.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams through assessment, design, and roadmap phases.
