Job summary

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Procurement Advisor for the MD and PA regions. This full-time remote role requires travel to government or contractor facilities as needed, with core hours 9am-3pm ET.

You will lead procurement transformation initiatives, provide CPO-level guidance, develop operating models, governance, and roadmaps, while ensuring compliance and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Former CPO, Deputy CPO, or equivalent senior procurement executive.
• Deep expertise in procurement transformation and governance design.
• Experience in complex or decentralized public-sector environments.
