Charles Schwab in Southlake, TX is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst to translate complex business needs into technology solutions for procurement and vendor management platforms. You will drive CI/CD, DevOps practices, and support Agile planning with stakeholders.

You’ll partner with product owners and technical teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives while improving processes, traceability, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing and supporting ProcessUnity automations for risk & compliance.
• Experience with full lifecycle software delivery.
• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of domain-specific toolsets for conducting analysis.
• Ability to consolidate, organize, and convey complex problems.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Experience with SQL.
• Data conversion and mapping skills.
• Understanding of DevOps/Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems through analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of Python.

Responsabilités

• Support PI Planning, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and release activities.
• Drive the ProcessUnity effort into the existing ecosystem.
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment to business objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and technical partners to define strategy and scope of software requirements (decompose stories, design features, and prioritize tasks).
• Design, develop and present solutions and recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical solutions, perform integration and acceptance testing and deploy to production.
• Conducts in-depth analysis, evaluates factors, and influences decisions with insights.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements creative solutions.
• Writes concise, well-structured, and engaging business documents.
