Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in procurement/purchasing/materials management or supply chain in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership leading procurement or supply chain teams.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing; engineered‑to‑order preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers; participate in critical purchasing activities as needed.
• Develop procurement strategies and standardize supplier processes across the function.
• Negotiate supplier agreements to optimise cost, quality, delivery and continuity.
• Manage supplier performance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support inventory planning and risk mitigation through cross‑functional collaboration.
