Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field; MBA or similar preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience.
• At least 3 years of data analytics experience in spend management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced supplier negotiation and sourcing strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing strategies and initiatives to improve supplier quality, cost, service levels, delivery, and risk management (RFI/RFPs, auctions).
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage ongoing supplier relationships.
• Lead cross-functional category teams and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain total cost of ownership models for assigned commodities.
• Conduct regular supplier meetings and monitor performance against contracts.
• Provide procurement input to optimize project design and duration.
