Job summary

Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee procurement activities at the Washington Navy Yard. This role involves managing vendor relationships, leading procurement efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in procurement, knowledge of UCC, FAR, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience required.
• Experience leading procurement teams and vendor management required.
• Working knowledge of procurement regulations, including UCC, FAR, and DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Manage all procurement activities including sourcing and vendor management.
• Lead competitive bidding processes and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers.
