Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in procurement or related field.
• 3+ years of total procurement experience including sourcing, supplier evaluation, PO/subcontract administration, and cost/price analysis.
• Experience with FAR and government-contract procurement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Procures materials, supplies, equipment, and services through competitive sourcing and supplier selection to obtain best value.
• Administers purchase orders, subcontracts, and service agreements; ensures contract terms and certifications comply with regulations.
• Reviews actions for FAR/UCC compliance and mitigates procurement risks.
• Monitors orders and supplier performance; conducts cost analyses to support decisions.
• Supports Small Business Program reporting and supplier outreach.
