Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of acquisition experience.

• Ability to obtain a Department of Energy badge.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, award, and administer major cost-type and fixed-price subcontracts.
• Plan, implement, and execute long-term and short-term procurement programs.
• Interface with technical teams to develop pre-procurement plans and ensure timely acquisitions.
• Mentor junior procurement personnel and contribute to company-wide procurement policies.
